Here am I to continue the Design Journal of this blog!
On the first episode – if you missed it, you can check out my #1 Blog Design post here – I showed you my inspirational mood board: where I share you with the colour palette and the reference images that inspired me.
Then, I had this photoshoot for my Parsons x Teen Vogue Fashion Industry Essentials course and that feature image is the final result! I just used clothes and make-up that I already have and the scenario is actually my bedroom rug stuck to my dresser. So, you if you’re the kind of person that procrastinate to often with the excuse that “I don’t have the resources to do a good job” – Don’t get me wrong, I AM that person! – get over it. You just have to look around you and be creative with the materials that you already have!
As this picture as the main focus of the blog layout, I used the free Bakersville template and voilá!
At the time I was very pleased with the result but I’m the kind of person that needs change (at my home I’m always redecorating, recycling materials and changing the layout of the furniture) and after a year with this layout, I wanted something different.
The present layout is not perfect or the result that I want yet, but it will get there.
On the next chapter of this serie, I’ll show you the transition of that blog to what I’m creating now!
I hope you liked it! I would like to know how is your blog design process, share it with me on the comments bellow!
See you soon*
